Chyura Phulwara Butter - Wild Harvested - Unrefined

Chyura (Phulwara) butter is rich in fatty acids (Omega 3, 6 and 9) as well as vitamin E. It is a softer butter like Shea and Mango and can be used as a replacement for these in formulations.

The presence of Omega 9 can help repair hair damage and bring back its natural sheen. A wonderful ingredient to add to a home made hair mask.

The Omega 6 present in Chyura butter aids in reinforcing the skin barrier. Due to the presence of antioxidants, Chyura butter has anti aging properties and hence useful for skin care formulations. It moisturizes the skin, treats and soothes rashes and itches, and can be used as remedy against skin ailments.

Unrefined Chyura / Phulwara butter can be applied on burns, wounds, and chapped skin and lips to facilitate healing. Its antimicrobial nature helps to inhibit bacterial growth in the skin and prevents acne without over-drying the skin, hence it can be used as a remedy against skin infection.

Due to its high Palmitic Acid content, it is a good replacement for palm fat when making soaps.
