Shipping
We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner. Our dedicated team works hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Here are some important details about our shipping policy:
- We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
- We currently ship all orders 2 times per week. All of our oils are small batch and hand poured, so we occasionally need an extra day or three to ensure quality while filling. Our oils are kept in temperature controlled environments, and occasionally the hand pour process needs some extra time to ensure freshness.
- We work to ensure you're getting the best prices available with our current shipping providers. We work with companies that purchase in bulk, so we believe we are getting the best possible prices and pass that savings on to you.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Please contact us if you have any shipping issues and we will work to ensure your product is delivered and/or replaced if lost or damaged.
- If your product arrives damaged, we do need to be made aware within 72 hours or package being received with photographs and data that we can submit to our insurance providers for the claim.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wild Harvest Botanicals. Due to the nature of the freshness of our product and potential contamination issues, we currently do not accept returns or refund orders.
- We have created most of our offerings with a small or sample size amount so your investment can be minimal if you are trying out products that you're unfamiliar with.
- We want to offer you the absolute best price we can straight away, so our pricing is based on a no waste process. Most larger companies build marketing and returns into the total price, so this policy also permits us to keep our prices as low as we can.
- We believe in little to zero waste and since we cannot resell or reuse any returned items, we do not want to have to throw out any of these precious resources.
- We hope you'll take these policies into consideration and enjoy the small size offerings to test out our products in your formulations and/or skin care.
- We gladly resend any missing or incorrect items.
If your purchase has been lost or damaged, we will do our best to replace these items. Please send us a photo and/or any other information that can help us help you track your package or determine the loss.
