Shipping & Returns
Shipping dates
- We currently ship all orders 2 times per week. All of our oils are small batch and hand poured, so we occasionally need an extra day or three to ensure quality while filling. Our oils are kept in temperature controlled environments, and occasionally the hand pour process needs some extra time to ensure freshness.
- Please Note: When selecting shipping options, If you choose USPS Priority and it shows 2 days shipping, most items to the East Coast can take 3 days on occasion. Also, see above on shipping days.
Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wild Harvest Botanicals. Due to the nature of the freshness of our product and potential contamination issues, we currently do not accept returns or refund orders.
- We do however, offer smaller and sample sizes so you can try the product first and see how it might work for you.

Order tracking
- Upon shipping label creation, an email is sent with the tracking information. In most instances, if the label is created, it will indeed also ship by that same days end. Our system also generates emails the day your package is our for delivery.
